so how did i and why did i get another one? especially it says account bound

Game is bugged sometimes, actually bit more regular than sometimes.
You can go check trophy tab at stable master to see if you already has one in there.

i do, and yea ok with your explanation now i get it, its not spose to drop but it dropped anyways so i have a bugged one that cant be used.
