How’s the game been? Is it worth it to get the expansion and jump into season 8 on Apri29?

You can play without the expansion but it will be very unplayable without runes or boss power next season potentially. Population is okay, average 70-100 players count on d4 seasonal trade forum last season.

I made 7k with 3 items (3ga two-handed mace, 4ga FoF and 4ga tal ring).

Great for you, some really nice loot. But not really related to my post tho.

Without the expansion you won’t have any fun… majority of the good build relate on rune now and you can’t have rune without the expansion

If u don’t care about having an weaker build than anyone, then no no need for expansion.

Right I do plan to buy it, I’m just wondering if the totality of the game is worth the investment in its current state
