did it get nurfed?

my cooldown is screwed... when I collect blood it doesnt reduce the refresh rate...

Anyone having this issue?

Huh? Do you still have fastblood aspect lol?

Did you change a ring with the fast blood aspect with something else?

Still works fine. Sounds like a skill issue
