What are the two different pools allocated for attack speed if I want 200%?

Elaborate your question, you can get attack speed from gear and from a paragon board.

It seems a bit more complicated than that
I checked maxroll and see how they have divided the two caps
Should be a bit more black and white imo.
And to top it off confirming attack speed is a pain in the ass without being able too maneuver the stat tab.
But your affirmation helps a bit, I guess.

You’re overcomplicating things. Set your attack speed break point. Do a simple calculation adding all attack speed stats from your gears, paragon(this is equivalent to character stats in town) and then all aspect as well as passive/skills that gives attack speed. Check back with your break point. If you need more to hit the break point to adjust your gear.

Edit: different skills have different break point btw.
