There were some people saying that others in party were not getting obducite from refinement runs, is this still happening?

Yeah Sometimes it works, then you go 2-3 runs with NO Obducite.

ive been saving 20 to try and do a group rotation but i think thats out for now. will just hold onto them and do nmds to get obducite i guess
