For the snap shotting, you have to build up your Xan and Qax rune. Xan ensures you get critical and overpower hits. Qax ensures you get 100x multiplicative dmg.
After your runes are ready, cast cataclysm.
That's it. It's now snapshotted.
You have to maintain the snapshot by keeping the cata up. You want to dash through enemies with your flickerstep boots, and maintain your hurricane up for the stormshifter's aspect to stay up.
