Hi,
i'm following dieoxide build on maxroll for Rain of Arrows rogue, i run out of resource all the time, and thus being unable to cast heartseeker to proc Prep and lowet ult cooldown.
Am i missing something? I'm using lvl 15 aura of lament, lvl 16 combat glyph and innervation, but it seems it isnt enough
