I'm new to D4 and I'm trying to figure out which item would be better for quill volley spiritborn. Is unique effect more important or the stats?

2,8% aspect on Kepeleke due to better GA and 60% aspect on amulet. Banished is really 50-50 tho for me.

2.8 kepe because of 2x ga, 60 BLT because it helps get to higher attack speed break points. Off hand they're approximately 120, 140, 162ish attack speed. I forget the exact numbers don't ask further lol. Im now in the casual drool evade play when I feel like it group. Hope this helps
