Who do you think will win, friends?

I personally think it is different target audience, but still.

For d2 fans, it’ll be poe2 if they deliver whatever i saw on the gameplay video on youtube. D4 will fall if dev can’t deal with exploits/cheat.

PoE2 looks really solid and it seems they made the game more beginner friendly but I don't like the gameplay. Bosses/monsters are slow moving bullet sponges/hit sponges, chars move slowly.
To this day, I can't understand why arpg developers are having hard time replicating d2 teleport, paladin charge or barb leap.

Pretty sure EA is going to last like 6 months so You'll be able to play both. I know I'll play both. D4 will just last about a week or two per usual then the dupes/rmt will force me out again after the first 10 days give or take. Back to POE

Just watched PoE2 video.

I'm not a PoE player myself, but if they will continue to progress this way, they will literally kick d4 out of the market, lol!

poe for sure but anyway i will play allways all the arpgs. d2r,d4,poe,poe2 and last epoch

whatever of those interestes me most i will play that.


edit: but for sure d4 more known ip and way more casual friendly what brings it a lot playerbase and so on cause every1 knows that poe1 atleast was pretty damn complex until youve played enough haven't played poe2 in any betas or alphas so i can't rly say anything about that but i believe ggg are trying to make it more new player friendly.

I haven't log into my POE account since the launch of D2r until today and some of my chars are expired.

neither dont got time to play, POE too much grind/over complexity and d4 just not fun and too linear at its current states.

We'll let the barn bros decide on this.
