The reports submitted were not specifically about explicit content or vulgar language. Instead, they were related to behavior such as spamming price offers, asking whether others were willing to pay via PayPal, referencing d2jsp, and inquiring about players' "Gold caps". These actions were flagged by over five different individuals. Basically is about the exchange for IRL money.

It's worth noting that you were reportedly aware of the reports being filed against you. Unfortunately, after reviewing the situation, there is no action we can take to alter the outcome. The suspension will remain in place and is set to expire on December 5th.

I may have mentioned paypal like once when I was severely capped.

The most ridiculous is "gold cap" and "spamming price offers". yeah like is there an auction house where I can sell my things?

Not a sympathy post just venting bc I am pissed with a system that forces trades outside. Most of the time I had to resort to the above because I was gold capped.

At a glance, I thought it said "2 Week Ban For Mass Deports".

Well it is against their game tos so you deserved the ban for typing ingame chat about outside trade or paypal. If you wanted fg, you could have just made a topic and sell your stuffs, idk what’s the difference if you referenced fg in game chat. If buyers are already on jsp, they will find your topic no matter what. About paypal, there’s a facebook page or diablotrade website to do so.

I was gold capped, I asked them for a solution. I suggested a solution. That accounts for maybe at most 2-3 of the reports.

Wouldn't need to offer trade chat in game if I was getting fair prices elsewhere.

The more recent report was immediately after a guy said he would report me for asking 50b for an item, and it wasn't a dupe.

Most of the time they counter reported me after I said they were breaking TOS by abusing and harassing me over me selling my items.

I go everywhere and get hounded. People with no interest getting the item making comments, or just plain trying to lowball and being unhappy they can't win

Which is why we stick to jsp due to the gold cap. Look, i get your reasons, the game trading system sucks, nobody likes it. But at the end of the date, they did have a valid reason for the ban. They claimed there were reports made against you so i don’t think they lied about that part. Typing fg/paypal really doesn’t do you anything good but being exposed to haters. Rather save your time making a topic on facebook or jsp.
And to be fair, the gold cap wasn’t a problem. I’m sure the dev never expected players to cap that gold so fast. They couldn’t deal with exploiters/bots/hack gold players so eventually the gold cap became the problem.
