Yeah, this is a good question. Idk how it's like in sc but in hc, it really fluctuates a lot. For example, the bac and eom rune in particular varies widely.

A good estimate (although not always accurate) for runes can be found at diablo.trade

Things are overpriced there but the rune pricing is not too far off--especially the posts that are ISO ones rather than selling.

Oh, ok will check it out. Yeah I only base off of what is selling. An item is only as valuable as people are willing to pay.
