Could someone explain the cycle of this game? I know there are 7 acts + epilogue? What do you do after those? What is the middle/end game stuff you do? I'm new to D4, I played D2 but that's about it, basically you finish acts 1-5 normal-hell, then level up, then gear up and that's about it. What's the process with D4? ty guys

Is the "campaign" have different difficulties? and beat them all? or just beat it once act1-act7?

I think you can do campaign only on normal or hard and only for new character.

"End game" in d4 just gives you several diffrent places where you farm monsters - pits, infernal hordes and so on. Basically it is just linear progress, you switch to higher torment level when you are ready.

Campaign has different difficulties but it's not like D2 where you progress throughout them, but you can only reach tier 3/4 after beating certain bosses.

End game is different for everyone. They have added plenty of stuff since I've stopped playing, but are constantly updating it and actually listening to the player base (I assume, youre gonna find squeaky wheels everywhere though)

But the campaign isn't really required either. If you havent played it yet, and arent broke, it's worth it. If you're struggling and living paycheck to paycheck, probably better things to spend your money on.

The game bases its reward system on improving your character stats.

There's many ways to do so, theory-crafting the best way is indeed fun.

Once your character can no longer be improved the game is obsolete. This usually happens 2 weeks in a season for a pro player.

The end game for this season is to get max aspec!!!!

Max aspect can get you 10 to 15b gold.

How often can i change my talents/skills/etc? and how can i do it? is it cheap?

I think respecs are unlimited, game focus on casual players ofc.

hopes and dreams --> blizzard releases sub-par game --> we gobble up sub-par product --> we complain --> they say they'll fix it --> rinse repeat.

the only game cycle with blizzard since d3 release. cant speak for immortal, never played that trash.
