My Codex of Power is still at 62%

I have been playing for a few weeks but still haven't gotten the maximum value. Does anyone know which area is easier to find?

Yes, every day the blacksmith probably dismantles hundreds of them but still can't find.

you know you have to find one where the property is higher than what you currently have?

Yes, if i want to find a higher one, can dismantle it at the blacksmith's place.
