Brother plays D4 this season and he has a good bit of hours in. He has yet to find some of the major spiritborn tempers not only for legendary but for rare and magic as well. He's done (I've personally ran him through these) countless Maidens on Torm 1,2,3,4, Penitent and even normal. NMDs, Beast in the Ice, Normal Dungeons, Pit, Whisper Caches, Undercity, Hordes.. nothing is paying out for him. Seems really weird given I had an issue similar at the start of the season and dropping it down to lower difficulties did the trick yet for him it didn't.

Any advice?
