But I can run Pit 90 in 70s

My glyphs are all maxed

I hear from GG players that you should just run the level where you are fastest

Is there any bonus reward in XP or items for running higher Tier?

Run the faster ones. You want the bonus XP that you get at the end of the run when the pit closes. Higher exp gained from tougher enemies at higher pit levels is negligible. Thumpr has a good thread about it on here

I hit 300 on 65s mate. I didn’t pick up drops or obols or upgrade glyphs. I only have one glyph at 100 and have sub par gear. Glyphs were around 60-80 for the ones I used.
