diablo trade is no longer safe. best to avoid buying full GAs there.

I dont understand ,how player must know what is duped or droped.

Blizzard Has players in ass and this is true

only purchase items on d2jsp and prefereably from trusted sellers who list their items as "perm" or "legit". Use a mediator.

As far as I understand blizzard is mad, so risk is indeed high.

What about selling? Do u also need protection by mediator in that matter?

It appears these bans were mostly focused on people using heavy macros and turbo hud, but generally Blizzard isn’t going to give definitive answers to anyone. Other than “exploit” “macro” and the like. They just slap a hammer down sometimes and give an automated reply. Atleast that’s what I’ve read.

If you want to request a mediator they’re always available to help you. If you have an issue with a trade, these guys do their absolute best to provide resolution. Ask any questions you may have in the general help forum and jsp staff is quick to reply.

I think we all owe a big thank you to jsp staff for providing us a method to trade items and services! Stay Safe! Probably best to avoid using macros or overlays my fellow nephalem.

Thnx for reply. So dont people get banned by buying items from not trusted source? I was afraid that even trading with dupe sellers may be risky. While reading this topic i was having impression that blizz bans dupers and all people they traded with. Using mediator could be helpful as its the mediator who makes trade with bad guy and indont have direct contact with that person

I've always wondered why D2R is so open with using JSP while it's very discreet in D4. Never shied away from mentioning jsp or fgs in d2r.
