Then I wouldn’t use that amulet. Find another one with damage passives. Check a build guide for quicker reference. Forums are good for information, but dedicated build guides are also good.

To exploit the current bug, you need life or armor. Dex is useless, attack speed is more important. The ideal QV glove would be ga attack speed + ga life.

I tested on 130-135 tiers solo life and attack speed is useless stats

The gloves alone don't make or break the build but you get increased damage multiplier from viscious shield for every 3% max life you have as a barrier. Attack speed is self-explanatory. If you go with the overpower version max life adds even more damage.
Summary, you can't have enough max life and attack speed. On ring, you need max life, attack speed and lucky hit chance for vulnerable.
