I have a question. Is the 1GA (chance to double) 3% aspect rod better than 4GA 1,6 aspect? If it is could someone explain why?

My theory is the 1 GA is better if you hit max resource or double.
You need to be in the 2.4 range to even beat a 3.0. Gets more complicated I think depending on what hits ga.

3% ist the most important part, then double hit then resource. Double hit is like crit on top of crit 2x.
