trying to gamble a specific unique at the lowest possible level on hardcore for when I inevitably die to the fenris crashes I keep getting (two chars taken from it already) so that I can speed farm my way back up to 60 without having to pay for boosts or wait for free ones to be offered or spend hours slogging through whisper caches and helltides.

I cannot find anything definitive online and people in game are stating 35 or 40.

If anyone knows for sure or agrees with what those in game are stating please let me know.

about 10k obols into gambling and not a single unique yet (at lvl 19)
