Undercity and nightmare dungeons are your best bets. Hordes are ok, but not as efficient as the other methods.

UC is hands down the fastest - when i was doing UC rota I ended up with more tributes than i did start with.

Definitely horde rota's. You get 3-4k a run so 12k+ for a full rota, takes about 45-60 minutes.

Someone already said it the undercity runs with refinement tribute is also decent but obviously not as farmable as hordes.

You can run nightmare dungeons in a pinch, i think t4 runs typically net around 400-500 obducite depending on how thorough your clears are.
