I have the runes for crafting Shako
I have the sparks

I see I need to go to the alchemist, it doesn't show the option
It looks like maybe I needed to go to the blacksmith, it doesn't show the option

I haven't played since like season 1 or 2... what am I missing here?

There’s no crafting in d4. People say “I made these boots”. But in reality they clicked a button to imprint an aspect. Clicked a button to enchant an items stat and clicked a button a dozen time to temper. That’s all there’s to it. You used to be able to slam aspects on yellows. Those were the days.
