Didnt get to play it yet and was wondering how is it going and if people are actually having fun or not. Any help appreciated!

Super fun for me.. played spiritborn so gar, planning to try druid for the first time.

Am paragon level 243 and wanna hit 300.

Did it take long to get to paragon 243? Also, how are the pits?

A lot of hours, me at 260 and now need like 6pits lvl 100 to lvl Up 1 paragon

Season is total garbage, expansion is something new, if you like d4 - why not. Overall ofc it's bad simply because it's d4.

Id give it a solid 6.5/10 and that is coming from a person who has played all seasons previously and playing the expansion.

The game has definitely room for improvement, but each season there is an upgrade. Would I still buy it in terms of if its worth it? 100%

Having fun for sure but I played first 5 days very intensively and this has had it's toll on my motivation at the moment. Now I play few times a week, usually dark citadel with my buddies, not doing much solo anymore.

Edit: Paragon 235 or so, got 220ish actually on the first few days and it's been a slower grind from there. Not targeting XP farms specifically atm.

The season is absolute garbage. The worst one in d4’s history

The dlc is also pretty bad. Story is trash, new areas and enemies are unremarkable, new ‘end game’ content suffers from the same problems as everything else in the game (extremely repetitive) and feels nearly identical to pits



Literally the only positive to come from this season is the new character, who is definitely fun. The most fun build for the class got nerfed though so that’s a real bummer

I would add strange visual style - mephisto related monsters look like a joke, lol.

Save the $$ til next season when it’s on sale. Or maybe even a better game. This season is full of bugs, duping. Not a great time to start d4 these days
