can any1 answer me this i thought u wanted to spend resource for the dmg

For some reason resource cost reduction is factored into kepeleke’s resource spending mechanic making it a damage multiplier.

I wondered the same.. even seen people using the mythic ring 'starless skies' with resource reduction, but you need to spend 275 to proc overpower on banished lord neck so on paper it seems counter intuitive to want to spend less.

Read every stat skill and paragon node/glyph. Not the answer you want, but it’s the best way to truly understand the build.

Either the game coding/math is wrong or the wording description on Kepe rod aspect is wrong. Kepe clearly says ‘use all vigor and increase damage per vigor use’. Resource reduction clearly plays no part in this if the wording on Kepe is true.
For now, the game system is treating resource reduction interaction with Kepe rod like below example:

You have 100 vigor in total and 0 resource reduction=> kepe rod 100x 3% = 300%

You have 100 vigor in total and 25% resource reduction => kepe rod 100/(1-0.25) x 3% = 133x 3% = 400%

There’s more to account for when calculating damage than what kep says in sheet.

What else in the build does resource reduction interact with rather than just Kepe rod? Rcr is only added into the build for that only reason.

It’s like max life. Higher max life gives increased damage. It doesn’t say this on the rod. That’s why you see people buying +ga QV gloves. If they knew this they’d be buying GA Max life gloves and GA max life on every single piece of gear. People think the life is there for bossing, it’s there for damage.

No it is absolutely not like max life if people understand how the build works together with their bugs within the build. Max life boost your defense obviously, boost your overpower( i don’t have to explain to you overpower calculation for max life/ fortify), vicious shield bugs boosting damage using max life instead of base life.

And again, what does Rcr interact with rather than just the rod? Explain your theory.
