Hi, which stats/GA to prioritze for quill voley build? I have 2GA (res/crit) with 2% unique effect.

Would 3% non-GA be better?

no because non ga can only be masterworked to lvl 8 instead of 12 and has 50 IP less.

1GA 3% is what your are looking for
