Finished the whole Voh compagne, 130 paragorn and still no tributes dropping. Did over 30 boss runs, no drop

If you aren’t getting tributes it means you haven’t finished the undercity questline. You won’t receive any tributes until you do.

They drop everywhere if you finished the questline.

I have finished it

I think everything else gives them - helltide, realm walker, nm dungeons, pit, whispers.

It’s not the VoH campaign. These is a side quest line associated with the undercity you need to complete. I made the same mistake. I think it’s a yellow questline and you have to 100% complete the undercity side questline before tributes.

I made the same mistake with the expansion..

You only start getting the items when you finish the introductory quest for them, the same applies to runes, you wont get a single rune until you do the priority quest associated with them and same for tributes and the same applies to infernal compasses. It's not a yellow main story quest, they're purple 'priority quests'
