I only know you can get 1-60 under 10 mins staying in town without killing a sing monster.

Someone posted it on the blizz forums how to do it. Go google it up. Need friends to do it., It combines dungeons/cellar and pit XP..

It may have been deleted but I took a screenshot of it on my phone :)
