I'd use the 60%

It really depends because there is math involved and a lot of different interactions between damage multipliers, including max life, crit damage, overpower damage, and the Rod of Kepeleke crit damage multiplier (which will affect the total crit damage multiplicative output).

So banished lord’s unique affix multiplier is a totally separate multiplier from your other ones that stack such as crit damage % and overpower %, these multiplicatives go into the 1,000- 2,000 range so increasing them by 100 only adds maybe 5-10% damage. Increasing them by the difference between a non GA and a GA may add even less. The higher you stack your crit less it would affect your damage, as opposed to a flat damage increase which is what the banished lords talisman is. You still want to stack it though.

What makes this a difficult calculation is the fact that maximum life scales damage this season and I’m not sure by what measure exactly but it does scale a lot, so one of the GAs being maximum life% makes it difficult to calculate just how much of an impact the GAs are having combined. The best thing you can do this season is stack life on everything, your boots, your helm, your rings, your GAs etc…masterwork for life and for resolve stacks you temper onto your gear .

There is a way to test this simply though, just hit the breakpoint for maximum resource and resource gen and you will overpower every hit, and you can put on two different versions of the Banished lords talisman to find out which one has higher Damage output.

One thing to note though is that the unique affix however multiplies the total damage of all that overpower/crit damage combined for a flat damage increase of x% if the affix is 60%, then that’s a 30% increase in total crit overpower damage (which should be every hit for overpower and every few hits for crit overpower which is what is necessary for this affix to proc)

I would personally scrap the 4 GA and go with a 3 GA with 55+% Unique affix.

because otherwise you would have to do the math by hand based on your stats.

The best thing you could do is get a 2-3 GA 55-60% Banished lords talisman

From what I have calculated 60% no GA trumps it all, 51% 4GA it starts to even out

Most important part is ga on life percentage, then you go by damage.
A life GA 60%dmg one beats most of the overpriced 4GAs.

Aspects are multiplicative damage while regular affixes additive. So x60% is 60% more damage while for example +150% overpower is added to your 1500% critical damage, 500% overpower damage, 500% damage with basic skills, etc. which adds up for example to 3000% damage, so your 150% overpower mod is just 5% more damage.
