Hello Folks, after reading for a while and looking for some good Guides:
https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/spiritborn/quill-volley?coreTab=assigned-skills&equipmentTab=aspects-and-uniques&variantTab=1https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/profile/488e94b2-25a8-4b09-95aa-f74e532482cc/builds/c3cc9203-9c7f-4ad5-8330-d9a829ec73de?coreTab=assigned-skills&equipmentTab=aspects-and-uniques&variantTab=0https://d4builds.gg/builds/c661ec20-5c71-43d9-9825-81bf67d07091/?var=2https://maxroll.gg/d4/build-guides/quill-volley-spiritborn-guideI still have some Questions and i am a bit Confused, cause where are so Many Builds.
I wanna Follow the Resolve Stacking - Overpower Guide.
From Meukunas or Robs Resolve Stacking (P220) Guide.
Some Guides use the Menagerist and some the Hubris Glyph, what are the Difference betweens them?
And i wanna use Tyrials Might, so get Max Ress and max survivability. Is it Possible to just Use Tyrials Might instead of a Legendary Armor. I would not have the Binding Morass Aspect but i think thats Fine. I wanna use 2x Max Resolving Stacks and +1 Resilent. Is it Possible to just equip Tyrials Might and the Build works just fine?
Mekunas Build uses the Runeword TamXal, The other ones uses XolXal, are there any diference why?
The orange Quill Volley Guide, uses Yens Blessing as Boots, are these Boots necessary, because other Builds dont use them.
Before i saw Tibaults or Souldbrand builds, arent these not Meta anymore. Because the new Resolving Stacks Overpower Guides dont use them anymore.
Maybe some of you could help me.
Honestly man, the "meta" is a joke. Pick literally any 1 of the 20 variants and you'll do fine.
IMO tyreals is a mid-game armor that you get late game - it's still good, but you don't really need the survivability with it later on because of the damage you can get.
I'm pasting my personal recommendation of "starter" gear that I've shared before here. Remember just because an aspect is on a slot (ie chest) doesn't mean it HAS to be on that slot, and if you replace your chest with tyreals it may mean you need to MOVE that aspect to another slot (pants etc). Please for the love of god do not be one of those people that copies exact gear, stats and aspects please.
The swap to hubris was so he could achieve higher max resource, as he is aiming for the minimum required for banished lords - more is fine. Hubris provides more than menagerist (self explanatory - they buff blue nodes, you take blue nodes with resource).
TLDR GEAR:
Helmet (ebawaka is fine - make sure your hall choices give you 3 buffs ie jaguar+gorilla for quills, shako works if you have it)
leg chest (life/armor/dex - interdiction imprint)
leg gloves (quill/as/life prefered - moonrise imprint)
tibaults (max resource GA)
Yens (all res GA)
Kepeleke (max resource GA with 3% affix roll is biggest "breakpoint" in dmg - everything is bait, dont get trolled by a tHrEeGaKePeLeKeBrO - though I do have one myself, but it's a luxury upgrade once your other shit is sorted)
banished lords talisman (GA life+55%~+affix)
midnight sun (50% affix, GA doesnt matter getting started, but dex->crit dmg if you care)
leg ring with dex/life/attack speed (temper resource gen - redirected force imprint)
Aceofspades (goblin inc guy linked above) has like 20 variants, he's 99% bait now (personal opinion - he's farming clicks and flipping gear). His only value now (again, my opinion) is posting data that he gets from sanctum (such as IAS breakpoints etc.) and interactions, but NOT exact gearing selection.
My last piece of advice is don't pay attention to anything these guys have posted in the last 2 days and you'll be better off - the CORE of quills (really ANY kepeleke/banishedlords/midnight sun build) is the same. Of course there are better ways to scale it, but unless you plan to push 140+ pits, you have tons and tons of options, much cheaper than the current "best meta" items.
If you want to use tyreals, DO IT, have fun! I'd prob drop tibaults and run interdiction on pants to facilitate that. Make sure you hit the resource needs - you can have less than 275 for banished lords, but it requires thresholds of resource generation etc. - my advice is hit 275 - it's 3%x multi per point so not a waste at all.
