Can someone explain to me what’s happening in uc with all the mythic farming service being posted?

TLDR They are exploiting a bug that doesn't consume their tribute.

Same with GA runs.

Would be amazing if people exploiting this (tribute user only) got perm-banned, but it's blizz so we all know nothin happenin.

Tribute isnt being consumed. Not getting into it here, but 1 time use items that are extremely rare are being used infinitely, and people sell the spots/farm infinite GA/Mythic etc depending on tribute.
