Amulets give +skills anymore?


I didnt drop a single one atm (. Literally. ) And im paragon 140 inferno 2/3 (idk if thats ideal for my paragorn)

Yoo can go to the undercity and ask for amulets with +skills when you start a run, costs lots of gold though.

Is the bargaining thing for the under city broken? I tried to bargain a few times, got 4/4 on the progress and didn’t get any of what I bargained for. I ended up just losing mats for nothing.

Yes I read somewhere it's glitches, not sure if there's a workaround
