So, I have 288 Resource after using Elixer. However, I accumulate a 275 stack of using resource to proc the guaranteed overpower.

My banished lord is a 56% / 60%.

I'm noticing that down by the xp bar, the active skills, the 275 says it's ready to proc, but using my quill doesn't trigger the overpower hit. It will happen about every few minutes maybe.

I'm confused on why it's not working. I'm using quill multiple times and no proc. 56% doesn't seem low enough to not trigger after using quill 2-3 times a second.

What am I missing or doing wrong?
