I am keen to make another sb character so I don’t have to switch build.

I know a new character gets the paragon point and merc stuff, do I have to re-level all the glyph? Or can I take them off the first character and use them?

Pretty sure you need to re-lvl glyphs

this, you will have to FIND all the glyphs again also
