I have almost max resists (lowest is 67), and armor cap but I am dying almost instantly in pit 56 and even helltides

I am level 144 paragon.

Is tyreals might necessary to progress?

Do i need to further masterwork my gear (its shit, barely any ancenstral)?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
