how do you guys proc kepeleke for the highest dmg?
I am facing a problem where I spam quill volley but only sometimes get back full recource with midnight sun ring.
am I missing something?
for example I got full recource and click quill volley I get only like 80% energy returned instead of full.
any help would be appreciated

You use the defensive cooldowns to gain some resource back, rotate through them when you hit elite packs
