According to some Tierlists, Bash is sitting in A Tier, depending on what kind of content you want to use it for.
Overall barb is predicted to be among the weaker classes this league. Not sure if that will remain throughout the league.

And no bash is by no means overpowered anymore.
If you are looking for OP stuff you should go with new Spiritborn class, specifically the Quill Volley skill.

Barb is not OP at all taking into consideration builds and information we have for now. Barb is so far the weakest character for S6 together with druid, but this might change when someone finds a suitable build for barbarian. And this has happened before.

Rob's tierlist ranks Bash barb at C tier while Mighty Throw Barb & Earthquake Barb are in A tier. Maxroll places Mighty Throw & Bash in A tier, but overall Mighty Throw ranks higher in different tier lists.

Naw couple seasons ago its tempers were nerfed heavily

if u like playing barb, bash is the choice for torment boss killer. ww/dust devil is the leveling/hordes/pit build. (non push, just farming)
