Hello, I'm new to the game and I'm kinda stuck at level 60. I'm playing a rogue swinging blades/bow. I'm fully geared, but ofc not anciestrals. I won't get any better loots on t3, however I die in no time in t4 helltides. How can I move forward from this point? Thanks for any tips.

I can help with boosting and leveling at no charge, if you haven't got the help already. Just ping your btag.

Max res max armor?

You can maybe change to a leveling build. Not sure about rogue but I think a lot go rapid fire? Never heard anyone play swinging blades.

Did you temper all your gear? Remember: sacred can be tempered once, and ancestral twice (I see many people forget this).

Did you properly do your paragon board? Maxed resistance and armor?

Do you have the necessary aspects to play your build?

And yes, I can boost you as well to get some gear and levels.

This.

1. Follow a levelling build. Theorycrafting yourself vs proven build makes a huge difference
2. Take a look at your aspects / tempers - they also make a big difference

With the above 2 you should be able to surf through T4 with ease.

Yeah, when I start an alt I usually get boosted and do 2-3 pits and I’m geared enough to absolutely crush T4 on level 55 lol. Even without glyphs. It’s most likely a build issue though.
