Play what you like, 4GA is not that gamechanging compared to non GA for casuals who do not megapush PIT levels. And in 1 month it will go to eternal trash bin anyway. I would not make a char personally because of this mega drop, altho if I would get bored on my main (rogue in your case), then it's another story.
