I dont see the Teleport on the list of Affixes available, but I've seen Armors with Teleport affix with them

To receive it as a skill? No you cant.

So, the TP has to be there when you picked up the armor?

there's a button on enchanting page to see what roll you can get. no need to read anything else.

I have read that, it doesnt show Teleport



Then I realized my Armor has Ranks to Defensive, and it doesnt stack on Teleport.

The shirt can’t roll 2 ability rolls at the same time i think. Like you can’t have defensive ability and flame shield ranks on the same shirt. If that enchant button doesn’t show then it means you can’t roll teleport on that ever
