my usual cooldown for berserk is around 37 sec but
during the hordes, its cooldown permanently went down to 15 sec
and i could do infinite shouts.
at first, i thought it was one of helltide option, invigoration after killing
hell bornes but it wasn't. what triggers this massive perm cooldown for barb?
