You can get loot like FWG from turning in mother's gift, but 3-4 ga FWG only drops from Tormented zir I'm assuming??

Zir is the only targeted farm, however it can also drop randomly in open world as all other uniques. GA's can spawn on all of them. You are most likely to find one by running Zir.
