Is there a new best way to get it, or still legions?
Same as last season, this is what's holding me back everytime.

Do Tormented uber boss rotations and salvage everything that is not outstanding. I have 20k rawhide and 25k chunks

I am salvaging everything still not enough. Maybe because I have, yet again, bad luck masterworking.

Do more Helltide and uber bosses, less masterworks on items you are gonna replace

I have nothing I will replace I'm maxing out my gear lol. Sucks to be doing things like helltides when you're maxed already.

So you have double/triple GA Mythics and Uniques in every slot?

Only GA thing I still want is tal rasha's, but the rest yes
