i mean yes the game is bad, but i wouldnt say it can cause widespread disabling illness

the saudi arabian people are a people who were once a part of the ottoman empire, they did high treason to abdul hammid II during ww1 and joined the english who were at war against abdul hammid II's ottoman empire, the english were for mustafa kemal ataturk's version of the ottoman empire. where ataturk is hitler its one of his aliases.

the saudis go on to send oil to the usa to let them get big and swell up, as time goes on ww2 happens where hiter went into germany and the end result is, france and germany who were allied to ataturk in ww1, got robbed of their oil, rockefeller owned 85% of the oil by 73, the cold war era. so its possible the saudis were also looking for the oil people in france and germany to aid hitler, as saudi arabia is the oil land area, and the deed owners might have asked for help.

so the saudi arabian isnt innocent, and as time goes on they may have to pay for their lawlessness in ww1, ww2, and the cold war. genocide is always taken very serious especially when natural resource theft is involved, and when nazis are involved. the saudi's time has time, they will not be missed.
