it's been like an year since the game released. they still have not fixed this.
on pc version, when playing mouse and keyboard, character just stuck for few seconds
so often, unable to do anything. this is different from delay you get from attack or evade
animation. so why they don't fix this or do they just don't care?

since this is new blizzard we are talking about, theres a possibility they actually dont know how to fix it

There are like 20 bugs still present in the game that were there on release, they’re just a shitty company
