Following the typical build for Andy's pzn ptr rogue.

I'm having a issue doing a any more dmg than 8-50m dmg
( attack power) 40k. Before buffs. 45-48k with full. Buffs.


I'm not sure what I'm missing. I got f'd in the tempers on the ammy but shouldn't be the only issue
