I've made it to tier 51 in nm dungeons and still no runeshards dropping from the chest just obols... did something change? Do I need to be level 100 first I'm only 80ish

I had shards by like lvl 60, but I didn't notice when or where I got them. Mostly leveled with the season quest/hell tides with a few nm dungeons.

runeshards are not dropping in NMD anymore, u need to farm helltide chests or tree of whisper bounty bags

People are wigging out all over blizz forums and reddit about it. It's honestly annoying having to do helltides for 2 hours to get like 20-25 put runs.
