cant seem to craft on PC after completing quest?

I hope snyft2 will arrive soon with appropriate graphic content and explain it to you.

If u can't craft them the nm dungeon completion basically hands them out to you. Once u hit wt3 there is more quests. And obviously more quests to do as u collect mothers gifts
