Just gives damage over damage, multiplied by damage. instead of fixing garbage skills it is always better to throw up some xx% damage on items. Seems pretty cool!

nah there are some huge changes in there, structural changes.

reminds me of that new druid helmet runeword in d2r, which wasnt particularly great but still, very interesting.

i think they should have released the new uniques last season, when things like tempering made several of them essentially useless.

either way, its obvious this game is lacking much more than good itemization.

If you actually played this season you would know that uniques are severely underpowered and need a buff to keep up with the insanity of tempers
