Looking to start a new hardcore character this season, only really ever played sorc and a lil bit of necro

What is best for this season?
What is most fun for this season?

Also, what’s fastest way to level 50 when you’re starting new? Just do tree of whispers? Or dungeons?

Druids are really terrible. They just cannot do enough damage to come close to competing with other classes

Druids are arguably the weakest class this season.

Their damage output is poor and many of their builds also have survivability issues.

Having said that Druid is a great leveling class and can still do all the content in the game. It’s just harder than other classes.

Wind shear, tornado, pulverize, stormslide and wolf pets are all good Druid builds.

If you just want the best class though it’s barb>rogue>>>necro>sorc>=druid as kinda a rough/general breakdown atm.

Druid can’t really do tormented bosses or Lilith unless you have truly godly gear. Any other class with that quality of gear would kill those same enemies in quite literally 1% of the time

I can do tormented boss easily with my tornado Druid. Admittedly I haven’t tried Lilith but agree it would be very hard with this build. You’d have to get really good with the mechanics as it would be a long fight.

I believe stormslide is generally viewed as the best Lilith spec for druids but I never masterworked or upgraded gear much on this build so can’t add much here.

definitely barb. the class can do anything, speedfarming to single target bossing. back then leveling a barb or druid is slow but slow levelling doesn't exist anymore as you can easily cap lv100 in 48hours playing.
