Obviously using stones is more worth on tormented duriel or zir, so is there a reason to use distilled fear or save it for something else??

He's good for aspects

Not really. He takes too long to run unless you need mats for Andy or are target farming a specific unique from his loot tables. He’s easily the least efficient of the Ubers to run being a NMD.

The mat he drops sells for 2m (hardcore)
You get some xp glyph too

I personnaly run him
Some fragments of ruby along the way
