Newish still to the game this was my first full season. Got a few characters leveled but got questions on a full end game builds bc I get smoked vs all bosses lol.

What barb Specs you using? Like what type of barb (ww? Bash? Flay?)
Barb is prolly the easiest to do bosses/torm bosses with

You gotta level a Rogue enough to get Marksmanship Legendary Tempering
This allows you to temper Crit Damage, nothing on other classes does.
But you can swap weps to rogue, temper (with luck) Crit Damage, then swap the weps back to your other chars for the secondary tempering you want.
It Critical in most barb builds.

if you don't have really good gear, just go with bash barb. it's very strong and it doesn't require super good items.

You’re not going to want to hear this but the best thing you can do to improve your characters is finish renown in all of the areas and find all Lilith altars
